Having trouble logging in to your account?

We are experiencing an intermittent problem whereby members appear to successfully log in to their account, but then when going to My Testimonials or My Widgets the site asks them to log in again.
We’re not sure what the problem is, but are investigating it with our server management team. We apologise for any inconvenience if this affects you, but please be assured that your widgets are continuing to work ok on your web pages at this time.
Clicking on Testimonial Signatures

Testimonial Signatures are the bits of hyperlink text automatically placed at the front of your Vouchforthis testimonials when they appear on your web pages (see example on right). We insert these for you if you tell us what website you want to link to when you add your testimonial, and it saves you from having to mention the name and company of the testimonial giver in the testimonial itself. It also gives you the opportunity to give a little back to the testimonial giver by providing them with a link from your website.
One of our members has asked whether these links can open in a new window whenever anyone clicks on them, as at the moment the link opens on the same page. We think this is a good idea and will be implementing it within the next week or two, and will take a look at other such hyperlinks (for example, the ‘Request a Reference’ link) to see what can be done with those as well. We will let you know just as soon as these changes have been made.
My website widgets display completely blank

A few of our members have added testimonials, built a widget and added it to their website only to find that nothing is displayed. If any of the testimonials within the widget contain hard-coded “newline” characters (e.g. “/n” or “/r/n”) then this causes our javascript displayer to malfunction, leaving your widget broken. Proper break characters (<br/>) and paragraphs (<p>) should continue to work ok.
We manually correct this situation where we see it occur – it is rare enough for us to be able to do that. We have a fixed version of the code ready to go, and will implement this over the next few days.
Some page headings have smaller font sizes than others

You may have noticed that some of the page headings (the bit of text inside the peachy-coloured background towards the top of the page) are a little smaller than other page headings on the site. We are a little perplexed by this, but think it is just the occasional replacement of a <h1> tage for a <h2> one in a couple of the templates we are using. We are on the case and trying to rectify it.
Buttons don’t show the ‘Hand’ cursor style in IE

Although all of the buttons on the site work when clicked, some of them (notably in recent versions of the IE browser) don’t change the cursor pointer into the usual hand when you float over the link. We have added this to our MINOR ISSUES list, but if it bugs you then please let us know so that we can re-prioritise it.
